REVIEW

Review for "Don't Say BOO to a Frilly"
Reader Review - taken from Amazon purchase site.

I've lived in Australia, and the animals in Margot Finke's "Never Say BOO to a Frilly" really jump out at you. The rhyme is smooth and easy to read, and the illustrations are fun. My son thinks this book is cool. He knows how to click the book on and read rhymes about a frill-neck lizard, wild parrots and the Tasmanian Devil.

This is a fun way for kids like my son to learn about Australian animals and birds. This e-book is great. I guess that's the teacher in me!

EXCERPT

Aussie Frillneck Lizards, are they Dinosaurs that live?
Or just some wretched lizards with nothing much to give?
Without a built in thermostat to regulate their heat.
Old Frilly has to wing it - and maybe even cheat.
He sits out in the morning sun and soaks up every ray,
Then stores that cozy feeling to keep night's chill at bay.
